Mr. Bathing Ape ’12 Autumn/Winter | Tiger Camo Single Coat
This coat exemplifies one of the many reasons, I enjoy the Bathing Ape aesthetic. The reason this time around is the creation of classic pieces that have highly detailed construction, and the commitment the Bathing Ape brand has towards its audience. The coat is featured in the A/W ’12 Mr. Bathing Ape collection, the sartorial/dandy sector of the Bathing Ape brand which includes brogues, ties, trousers and other formal pieces, for the mature Bathing Ape connoisseur. The brand targets the traditional workwear coat as the muse, creating a piece relatively familiar to that of the coats seen during the premium hours of the morning, on Wall Street. The tiger camo pattern gives the coat the “Ape” flair and does so without overpowering the tailored design.
The Tiger Camo Single Coat retails for $770 USD approximately ¥60,900 JPY (had to give you the USD first, you know just saying).
